Chef Jim has a background in culinary arts and prepares all our delightful and health conscious therapeutic baked goods. Jim comes from the philosophy that prepared foods should add to health rather than take away. Many of his treats are both gluten-free and sugar-free.

Jim’s wife Christina is our resident certified massage therapist. She practices most major types of massage including Swedish, Shiatsu, and Deep Tissue. She also does energy work via Reiki aS well as hot stone healing. Come by and experience Chris’s restorative powers.

Attendant Eric has a background in assisting in dental surgeries as well as administration duties. He brings medical professionalism and structure to both the front and back offices. Attendant Brian has a background in videography, photography. And writing. Most of the photos and all video seen on PCC’s website and YouTube channel originate from Brian’s conception.
